Running huge companies makes managing employees difficult. The best way to encourage productivity and quality workmanship you need happy employees. All employees need to feel valued and equal to management! With the motto no one is more important than anyone else Hidden Valley has been very successful since Paul Evans took over the reigns. Being part of the Choice Hotels family, Hidden Valley has been renovated to have a more Muskoka feel. Choice Hotels target markets are tourist from China, Germany and Belgium. Since Muskoka has been in the National Geographic top tourist destinations, Hidden Valley continued its efforts at meeting the international tourists needs. Hidden Valley employees are involved in various community initiatives like Habitat for Humanity, Polar Dip and the CIBC run for the Cure. Paul motivates his employees by instilling the value that giving equals what you get!

Paul has participated as a Hockey Coach for 15 years. He taught his players the same mantra as his employees, that no one is better than anyone else. His team won the All Ontario Finals and the players learned to be selfless to create the team environment which, led to their success.

Paul Evans runs a Construction Contractor business which is responsible for building Highland Estates, low income housing on Town Line Rd., and the subdivisions behind Riverside school. His contracting company has 14 employees and he instills the team building practices and attitudes he uses with the employees from Hidden Valley.
