Dr. Hector Roldan (local general surgeon) and Dr. Adrian Musters (local dentist) have teamed up to open a dental clinic in Jocotan, Guatemala as part of a larger project to bring much needed services to the underprivileged in that country through an organization called the Optimum Service Organization. The plan is to develop, build, maintain and administer full service complexes of non-profit modern hospitals, schools and food preparation and distribution facilities to complement the deficiencies in the Medical, Educational and Food services that are found in much of the Guatemalan national system. The first phase of our project is the opening of a dental clinic. We have acquired the land, built the building and are installing the dental equipment. You can see this in the attached photos! We need your help to:
-connect water systems and install filtration
-install wastewater removal
-connect to the electrical grid
-install washrooms
-complete finishing touches to clinic rooms
Please help us accomplish these last few tasks so we can open the dental clinic and begin providing much needed dental care.
