Community Recognition Award Nomination Form

1) Must be a resident of the Huntsville community (including Port Sydney, Utterson, Novar, Emsdale, Dwight and Dorset)

2) Can be any age

3) It is an honour to be recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow, therefore the nominee as a non Rotarian should hold the same values and ethics in line with those of Rotary members. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service; High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each person's occupation as an opportunity to serve society; The application of the ideal of service in each person's personal, business, and community life; The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world of fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service .
