Rotarian of the Month

Dr. Brandy Van Gelder, chairperson of the membership committee, reviewed with our club their committee’s idea of recognizing hard-working Rotarians each month. She said that these people are working in the background which makes our club runs smoothly and they are not looking for any right recognition but they are certainly working on their committees and helping others in the role of “service above self”.

She was pleased to recognize Rotarian Douglas Fairhall; he works tirelessly every week to set up and dismantle the meeting room; builds what needs to be built and maintains what we have; does his part of all service projects and puts his winter in, building stage sets for the Rotary Show each year.

Doug was nominated by the membership committee for the month of September, congratulations Doug from all us!!
