July 9th 2014 Meeting Notes
This weeks meeting was a buzz of activity. Everyone was excited to welcome Don Dunton back!
Jennifer Simpson gave us an update on Brandy's progress. “I am happy to report that Brandy found a Asian Food Truck for Dave and although her progress was slower than anticipated, she will be home this week.”
President Ken Stronach, announced that April McClug will be inducted at next weeks meeting.
Len Ross for Paul Harris next week.
Kim O'Grady presented the Presidents Night Certificate of Recognition to Don Dunton and Len Ross for their recruitment efforts.

President Ken Stronach let all members know how proud he was of his children for their participation at DockFest.
Pam McCluskey thanked all Rotarians and volunteers for their contributions for making 2014 DockFest a success! Ask Pam to recap her funny story about her run in with a Fox Snake!
Ross Kirwin Told a Few Amusing DockFest Stories

Bob Gibson and Helena Renwick presented a Dockfest 2014 video. The BIA and Hunters Bay Radio won the event with a last minute substitute driver Warren Stewart who was no novice to bath tub derby.
President Ken asked Sandy Mackay for the financial results. Sandy will have them at Wednesday July 16, 2014 meeting. Not all the monies are in yet.
In other news President Ken asked for ideas for outdoor venues to hold our lunch meeting this summer. Any ideas please contact Mary Rashleigh. (Avery Beach costs more than the room at Holiday Inn.)

Guest George Zacal drew Raquelle Jarvis ticket. The pot is still up for grabs.
Happy Bucks
The meeting was concluded with numerous stories and thanks about DockFest 2014.
Don Dunton thanked everyone for their good wishes while he was recuperating.
Kelly Hammond let everyone know she is going to France.
